One ceiling tile noted missing in kitchen / prep area needs install. Light covers in kitchen need cleaning. Fanguards inside walkin cooler need cleaning.

NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN

Pop gun drains behind bar noted in need of cleaning. Small oscillating fan in kitchen needs cleaning.

FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS

A few ceiling tiles near hood vent in prep area noted browned-stained need cleaning or replaced. Two ceiling tiles moved (prep and dry-storage areas) need install. Ceiling vent covers in both restrooms need cleaning.
