The rest of this site shows the city’s record and says nothing about it. This is the one place it is read. A Finding answers one question from the record and cites every dataset it used; its figures are recomputed each time the record is pulled.

A Finding may count, compare, rank streets and pipes and public bodies, and follow a trend. It never rates a named business, a home, or a residential block, and it never pronounces a verdict. If a sentence could be read as a rating of a specific person, business, or household, it does not appear here.
