A few wiping cloth buckets noted not stored in adequate sanitizing solution. ( change-out more frequently )

FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS

Some floor and ceiling areas in food prep areas and ware-washing room noted in need of cleaning and repair. Stainless stgeel area behind dishmachine needs recaul tro wall; a couple ceiling tiles are missing.

NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - DESIGN

Shelving inside lower coolers behind front bar noted not in good repair.

TOILET FACILITIES

A covered waste receptacle was not provided inside the women's toilet stalls. (All Day)

Floor beneath shelving inside walkin cooler ( Tap House) Ceiling vent fans in both restrooms (Tap House) need cleaning.
