IN-USE UTENSILS

In use utensils were noted being stored or contacting unclean surfaces. Tongs next to the fryers noted hanging on the freezer door handle. Even though the door and handle is a sanitizable surface this setup is not ideal because of the potencial of contamination from touching the door hnadle with bare hands while loading the freezer etc. A better option might be to use a stainless steel container to keep the tong in either on the shlelf bellow or even in the freezer itself.
