Walls in the kitchen noted with screw and nail holes in need of caulking. Floors in the warewashing area noted in need of cleaning/mopping. Noted very wet and with some food particles under the dish washing area.

Front and top of the cooler containing drawers and located under the griddle noted not clean.
HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the bar. Paper towels were replaced to correct the violation.

Flooring surface in the kitchen noted peeling up. It is unknown whether the concrete underneath is sealed so it recommened that the peeling floor paint is removed completely and the concrete floor surface is sealed somehow at minimum tile or laminate installation would also be acceptable.
