Steam room vent filters ducts and hood noted in need of cleaning.

CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE

Food noted being stored in the production walk in cooler downstairs not covered. Dry bulk ingredient bins in the production room noted with lids open. some bulk dry ingredient bags noted left kept open after production was done and on the floor. Some food items noted being stored under missing or damaged ceiling tiles with evidence of water leaks.
