HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

A hand drying device was noted not provided at two hand washing sinks in the kitchen. Also the hand sink immediately inside the main kitchen doors was blocked with a rolling cart with dishes. Hand sinks must be free of obstruction at all times. Also do not put cups or dishes in the hand sink in the bar area.

SANITIZATION OF EQUIP. AND UTENSILS Critical

An inadequate amount of chlorine sanitizer was noted in the final rinse of the dish machine. A re-inspection of this critical item will occur on or before Feb. 19th 2026. If more time is needed for repair then Health Inspector must be contacted before Feb. 19th.

Hand washing lavatory in kitchen noted blocked with rolling table full of clean dishes. Table moved to allow access to the hand sink. Please train all employees on the importance of not blocking access to hand sinks.

The hand washing lavatory in the back kitchen line with 3-compartment sink noted being used for other than hand washing. A plate with an egg roll was noted in the hand sink basin. Hand sinks must be accessible for use at all times and ONLY used for hand washing. Critical violation corrected with training on topic.

STORAGE/HANDLING CLEAN EQUIP & UTENSILS

Clean glasses/cups noted stored in an unprotected location immediately next to hand sink without side splash guards. The storage location for the glasses/cups should be changed or splash guards should be installed on the hand sink to prevent the clean dishes from being splashed while employees are washing their hands.
