Cold holding unit in the facility being used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F was not functioning adequately. Pepsi reach in cooler holding mostly dressings in front of the walk in cooler noted above 41 degrees F. Product is being discarded.

Vent covers ceiling areas floors and some wall areas in the kitchen noted in need of cleaning. Some floor and wall areas noted in need of deep cleaning espesially around and under equipment.

FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN

Ice machine interior not properly maintained. Can opener noted not roperly maintained.

FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS

Some vent covers in kitchen noted in need of cleaning. Some ceiling tiles in the kitchen noted missing and/or damaged.
