Soap was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the ware-washing/rear prep area. Soap was replaced in the dispenser to correct the violation.

Reach-in cooler door gaskets (tall stainless cooler near coke cooler) noted not in good repair.

NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN

Prep cooler interiors and exterior of door noted not clean.

CONTAMINATION FROM WIPING CLOTHS

Wiping cloths noted under containers of mayo in reach-in cooler. Wiping cloths present an absorbent surface which can promote the growth of bacteria.

HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the ware-washing area. Hand towel dispenser was noted not operating and a roll of paper towels was placed next to the dispenser to correct the violation until the dispenser can be repaired.
