Food noted not properly labeled in the walk in cooler and in the prep top coolers. Food noted being stored on an absorbant surface in food storage. Cooked egg rolls and battered chicken is stored in used cardboard boxes to cool and is stored prior to reheating and served.

The three compartment sink was noted not being properly operated. Portable basins are being used as the dish washing method missing steps of hot-soapy water. 3 compartment sink is available for use in the facility.
