Raw meats are to be stored according to required final cooking temperature as follows from bottom to top: chicken beef pork seafood and all pre-cooked/ready-to-eat items on the top. Corrected by removing meats to proper locations and training on the topic.

Scoop in the rice bucket noted with the scoop handle laying the rice. Scoop and food utensil handles should be stored so the handle does not contact the food product.

HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the womens toilet toilet room. Paper towels were replaced to correct the violation.
