VENTILATION HOOD SYSTEM

Hood over range noted not clean. Dripping grease over front edge of hood too. Additionally it was noted there are some small gaps between hood filters.

The lights noted not shielded over the dish machine area.

STORAGE/HANDLING CLEAN EQUIP & UTENSILS

Frying pans noted stored on booster heater below dish machine. This is not a clean sanitizable location.

FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS

Floors in the walk-in freezer under shelving noted in need of cleaning. Broken floor tiles noted near oven in back kitchen. Ceiling supports between ceiling tiles noted rusty and no longer smooth and easily cleanable/sanitizable surface.
