Inspector Comments Quat sanitzer solutions for wiping cloths and for sinks need to be checked routinely for correct concentrations. 3rd sink for ware-washing = 200 ppm Wiping cloth buckets = 400 ppm ( can be double the strength) **3rd sink and buckets need to be changed routinely to keep the this concentration strength.
