Walk in cooler door seals noted not in good repair.

FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS

Floors in the areas subject to moisture noted not easily cleanable. Concrete transition between walk in cooler floor and bakery tile floor broken and is collecting food debris. Tile grouting near pan dish machine is breaking up.

FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - DESIGN

Walk-in freezer interior noted not in good repair. Damage around left side entry door leaves absorbent materials exposed to debris build up.

IN-USE UTENSILS

In use utensils were noted being stored or contacting unclean surfaces. Observed dry ingredient scoops being stored ontop of flour bins near mixers of which are unclean surfaces.

CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE

Food noted being stored not covered in walk-in freezer. Freezer has heavy build up of frost above and on top of cases of food items.
