• SANITIZATION OF EQUIP. AND UTENSILS Critical

  An inadequate amount of chlorine sanitizer was noted in the final rinse of the dish machine. Chlorine sanitizer was not available at the time of inspection. Establishment obtained sanitizing solution prior to opening and now the dish machine is properly sanitizing. The establishment is also re-washing all utensils dishware cooking equipment to properly sanitize everything prior to use.

• TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES

  Cooler near drive thru noted with no thermometer. Establishment installed thermometer in the cooler.

• NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN

  Walk-in freezer floor noted with heavy ice build up due to a leak in the drain pipe. Pipe has been repaired and is awaiting floor to be properly cleaned.

• Comment 5 - Inspector General Comment

  Exisiting equipment found to be in the main kitchen: -Mechanical Dish Machine with Chlorine sanitizer. -Handwash sink near cook line with paper towels soap and waste recepticle. -Handwash sink near rear prep area with paper towels soap and waste recepticle. Approved to open.
