HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the restrooms. Paper towels were replaced to correct the violation.

COLD AND HOT STORAGE EQUIPMENT Critical

Cold holding unit in the facility being (side by side refrigerator in building) used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F was not functioning adequately. The thermostat of the refrigerator was turned to a lower setting to correct the violation. The refrigerator thermometer should be observed in cooler to verify correct operating temperature of at least 41F.
