COLD AND HOT STORAGE EQUIPMENT Critical

Cold holding unit in the facility being (side by side refrigerator in building) used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F was not functioning adequately. The thermostat of the refrigerator was turned to a lower setting to correct the violation. The refrigerator thermometer should be observed in cooler to verify correct operating temperature of at least 41F.

The thermostat of the refrigerator was turned to a lower setting to correct the violation. The refrigerator thermometer should be observed in cooler to verify correct operating temperature of at least 41F.

Sanitizer test strips/papers noted not provided.

HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

The hand washing lavatory noted with no hot or cold running water provided. A temporary hand sink set up (jug with flip style spigot) is required on a TEMPORARY ONLY basis until the hot and cold running water is fixed in order to continue operation. Re-inspection of the plumbing in the food truck will occur on or before Oct. 2nd 2025. Both hot and cold running water must be provided to the all faucets.
