PLUMBING SYSTEM

The hot water heater has a leak. This will be re-inspected for at the next routine inspection and must be fixed by then to avoid a critical violation for not having a funcitoning hot water.

HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

Hand washing lavatory in kitchen noted blocked with dishes and food items. Also the hand sink must be turned on at all times during operation so it is ready to use at a moments notice. The hot water must be repaired so the hand sink has hot water.
