• HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

  A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory on the cart. Napkins were placed near the hand sink to correct the violation. A paper towel dispenser should be installed on the cart and refilled when emptied to avoid future violations.

• EMPLOYEE HYGIENE Critical

  Employee noted handling food while hands were contaminated and did not wash hands before starting work. No soap and paper towels were placed at the hand sink before the employee donned gloves and starting prepping food therefore hands could not have been sanitarily washed before the start of work. Critical violation corrected through training on the topic.
