NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - DESIGN

Service counter noted not in good repair. Observed the kitchen side of the food warming/serving window counter top to have grout lines and tiles in need of repair.

FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN

Observed utensils used in the hot held food items not being stored at or above 140F utensils are not washed and sanitized at a proper interval.

FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS

Observed vent covers in the dining room and the main kitchen noted not clean.

INSECT RODENT ANIMAL CONTROL Critical

The building containing the food service was noted with a structure which would allow the entrance of insects and/ or rodents. The rear storage room exit door sweep is missing allowing light to be visible under the door in turn could allow the entrance of insects and rodents (all of which are not present).

FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN

Cappuccino machine and juice machine have debris build up near interior dispensing chutes.

Adequate ventilation noted not present in the mens and womens toilet. The ventilation fan in both restrooms were not functioning.
