NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN

Equipment exteriors noted not clean. Observed dark build up on underside of leftside customer soda dispenser.

CONTAMINATION BY EMPLOYEES Critical

Bare hand contact with ready to eat food noted not being avoided. Observed employee portioning out french fries using a scoop but the excess french fries from the container cascaded down the back of the hand and wrist of employee and then fell back into the hot holding bin. Bare hand contact occured when loading the french fries into the to-go bags by grasping the container of fries from the top of which the palm of the hand comes in contact with the ready to eat fries.

EMPLOYEE HYGIENE Critical

Employee noted handling food contact items with contaminated hands. Observed employees not washing hands after touching hair face items that were picked up off of floor etc.

HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

The hand washing lavatory automatic faucet was not function at the time of inspection batteries were dead.

EMPLOYEE HYGIENE Critical

Kitchen employees noted washing hands in restroom sinks to continue with food handling. This practice was initiated due to the main hand wash lavatory faucet not working.
