Ice cream machine noted not properly maintained. Also M&Ms and Oreo crumbs noted on the top of the machine between the two resovoirs present a potential allergen risk if these contaminants were to enter the machine.

HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

Two different hand sinks in the kitchen were noted with hand towel dispensers not operating correctly. Both were reset/adjusted to properly dispense paper towels. It is recommended to find out the root cause of these malfunctions and either repair or replace the units.

Exterior garbage/recycling container noted not covered with a tight fitting lid. Lid noted open.
