SANITIZATION OF EQUIP. AND UTENSILS Critical

Coffee area dish machine reached a sanitizing temperature of 163.3F.

COLD AND HOT STORAGE EQUIPMENT Critical

A section of display cooler in the grocery area was not able to maintain product temperatures due to the HVAC vent blowing warm air directly at the cooler. The warm air stream disrupted the coolers ability to maintain temperature at or below 41 degrees.
Comment 5 - Inspector General Comment

Loading area double door sweep is being replaced. The sweep will be replaced to better seal off the bottom of the doors. Pest control measures are inplace near the door to alleviate possible issues.
