FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS

Area of wall and ceilings in kitchen noted in need of cleaning and some repairs. One ceiling tile is missing needs install. Wall area behind fryers needs cleaning grease buildup. Walkin cooler floor needs cleaning reseal. Wet-stained ceiling tiles in prep need replacement also-repair any water leaks above these tiles. On light cover in mens restroom is wet-stained needs cleaning - also repair any water leaks above.

TOILET FACILITIES

A covered waste receptacle was not provided in women's restroom.

NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN

Exterior garbage container noted not covered with a tight fitting lid. (lid is up) Deep fat fryer exteriors noted in need of routine cleaning due to grease buildup.

COLD AND HOT STORAGE EQUIPMENT Critical

Cold holding unit in the facility being used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F was not functioning adequately - lower prep cooler. Thermostat adjusted at this time recheck routinely.
