In use utensils might be store in a container with correct concentration of food safe sanitizer or a dipper well with running water not in a container with water only.

Wet wiping cloths noted laying on counter in kitchen.

Vent covers in bath rooms and in kitchen area note in need of cleaning.

TOILET FACILITIES

Toilet room door noted not self closing. The doors need to be able to completely close on their own.

FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN

Ice machine interior not properly maintained.

FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS

Vent covers in kitchen noted in need of cleaning. Some ceiling tiles are noted missing but staff said they are actively working on some maintenance. Please make sure it is replaced after the work is done. Also please adjust the toilet doors after maintenance is finished so they completely self close.
