Reach-in cooler/freezer door gaskets noted not in good repair. Cloth towel noted between open top coolers in the chicken breading area (inappropriate absorbent surface).

VENTILATION HOOD SYSTEM

Hoods and filters noted not clean. Grease noted especially dripping under leading edging (opposite the filters).

NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN

Outside of rolling sugar bin and outside of drive-thru coke machine noted not clean. The coke machine has a large amount of buildup coming from the ice maker possibly.

REFUSE STORAGE

Exterior garbage containers/dumpsters noted not covered with a tight fitting lid. (lids not shut)

Floors in the kitchen and walk-in cooler under and around equipment and shelving noted in need of cleaning. Floor and wall around used towel bin/bag noted in need of cleaning.
