Comment 5 - Inspector General Comment

There was a small restaurant fire where one sprinkler near the 3-compartment went off. Due to the fire all non-hermetically sealed containers of food and single-use items (cups lids napkins etc.) are to be disposed of. This includes any open food items food items in paper containers or food in any container that is not factory sealed and air tight. Also all food contact surfaces dishes and containers are to be washed rinsed and sanitized. The facility has already been in the process of cleaning and diposing of fire damaged items and is very near ready to open. The facility is approved to open when the afore mentioned requirments and conditions are completed.

FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS

Floors (floor tiles and grout missing or broken) and ceiling (tiles missing or damaged) and wall by back delivery door in the establishment noted needs repair and/or replacing. Walls in the kitchen noted with some screw holes in need of caulking.
NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - DESIGN

Door gaskets on reachin coolers/freezers and white plastic cover for meat freezer noted not in good repair.
