COLD AND HOT STORAGE EQUIPMENT Critical

Reachin cooler (Salad Cooler) in the facility being used for cold holding temp of 41F was not functioning adequately. Temperatures on the top part were noted at 44F and greater and the main part at 47F and greater. Dial adjusted to meet required temperatures.

DISHWASHING FACILITIES

Sanitizer test kit noted not provided.
