FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS

Wall area behind dishmachine noted not in good repair. Also needs recaulk to wall. Areas of ceiling in prep area noted peeling paint needs repair.

Comment 5 - Inspector General Comment

Inspector Comments Thermometer or test paper recommended to check sanitizing temperature rinse of dishmachine. ( Needs 160 degrees F.) Met 162 today however temperature gauge of dishmachine does not appear accurate.
