The hand washing lavatory noted with no and cold runnig water provided; was shut off due to leaking faucet. A good supply of disposable towels noted not proveded near handsink. (both corrected at time of inspection)

Hand washing lavatory noted with empty food bag inside. This sink is only to be used to wash hands.
