Under counter freezer door handle in the main floor kitchen is damaged leaving surfaces exposed that are absorbent and difficult to clean.

Single service articles noted being reused as food scoops in the lower level prep kitchen ingredient bin and in the under counter freezer for frozen appetizers.

CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE

Observed frozen pork beef and peppers in basement 2 door upright freezer not labeled with proper identifying information.

STORAGE/HANDLING CLEAN EQUIP & UTENSILS

Clean Utensils noted stored in an unprotected location. Observed clean utensils and storage container lids stored in a bin with food debris build up in the lower level prep-kitchen.
