The sculpture depicts a policeman in full uniform and a small girl. The policeman is shown standing upright with his left arm outstretched so that his palm is faced outward toward the viewer. The right arm hangs at his side. A young female child holds the pinky finger on this hand. She is shown in a dress and appears to be holding a doll at her side. She is seen looking up toward the official.
