The sculpture, Dialogue, by artist, Serge Mozhnevsky, BC Canada was purchased by the Elmen Family to honor Bob & Rita Elmen and be gifted to SculptureWalk in June 2020. SculptureWalk would like to gift the sculpture to the City of Sioux Falls for the city's permanent art collection. SculptureWalk and the Elmen Family would like to place the sculpture just north of the former Parks & Recreation building within a developed greenspace for bicycle parking for Levitt Pavilion spectators. Currently working with City Parks & Rec, City Attorneys Office and SculptureWalk to establish a gifting agreement and site development plan for the permanent sculpture location.
