People's Choice Award winner 2016. The work consists of a grouping of a young boy among several interactive musical instruments. The boy is standing on a small stool and wearing an oversized jacket with coat tails. Mimicking a conductor, he is holding a stick in his proper right hand. Both hands are raised and his eyes are closed. In front of the boy are interactive chimes and a xylophone. It is currently located in front of the State Theatre on Phillips Ave but this is a temporary placement. Permanent placement location has not been determined. RLA did an assessment remotely - Russ Sorenson sent them numerous photos, and maintenance information from the artists.
