Stockwell Engineers designed and developed the streetscape elements as a collaborative effort the City of Sioux Falls. The project was completed on Sept 19, 2014. The cost for the center column was $39,750.00. David Locke was the Landscape Architect for the project. The central feature is a stone pier monument which is in the center of 6th Street by the Ravens headquarters building.
