The City Center location will serve as the temporary location for each Annual SculptureWalk People's Choice Award Sculpture. This sculpture, Under Construction, by Gary Hovey, artist, is the 2019 SculptureWalk People's Choice Award. The sculpture was temporarily placed at the front entrance of the City Center on 6/18/2020 and is to be on display at this location until May 2021. Once a final location is to be determined by the City VAC, Mayor and City Council, the sculpture will then be relocated.
