CONTAMINATION FROM WIPING CLOTHS

Wiping cloths noted not stored in adequate sanitizing solution. The output of the sanitizer dispenser was checked was noted too low. The sanitizer dispenser does not appear to operating correctly. Please be sure all dishes are run through the dishwasher for proper sanitization as well.

HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

Soap and paper towels were noted noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the back area. Batteries for dispenser have been ordered as per policy to correct the violation.
