Potentially hazardous foods (Alfredo Sauce) noted not being thawed using approved methods

CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE

Salmon noted thawing in vacuum seal container. When thawing Salmon it must be completely removed from the vacuum seal container or bag cut open breaking the seal.

LIGHTING

Inadequate lighting was noted above the grill area in the kitchen. Hood lights not working.
