Walk in cooler is now operating properly. Double door freezer is still at 34 degrees F. Temporarily can be used as a cooler as long as there is an internal thermometer visible and it is holding 41 degrees F or bellow for high turnover items.
INSECT RODENT ANIMAL CONTROL Critical

Dead or trapped pests noted not being removed from the establishment in a timely manner. Sticky fly trap was still noted in the food prep area and in a food storage area. Traps have to be placed out of food prep and storage and out of dishawashing and clean dish storage areas. They can be by the door or some of the back area where there's no food prep or clean dishware being stored. Thsi violation will be re-inspected before 8-24-2026.
