Cupboard and drawer exterior and edges noted not in good repair.

HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES Critical

A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the kitchen. Paper towels were replaced to correct the critical violation.

SANITIZATION OF EQUIP. AND UTENSILS Critical

Inadequate sanitizing with quaternary ammonia was noted in the three compartment sink. The sanitizing solution is too weak to utilize the automatic Ecolab dispenser. The chemical expired in 2019. There is enough of it to hand add larger amounts to sanitize dishes until a new jug of solution can be obtained.
